8:15 - 8:51: Set up with staff support (no students)
bring tools & materials from 4th floor to loading dock
Tables set up, etc
9am: Students arrive to Wood Carving session
9am - 12:30pm: Intro, Safety & Carving
12:30pm - 12:50pm: Breakdown & clean up with students
12:51pm: Students dismissedÂÂ
TBD between 12:51pm - 1:40pm: Additional clean up and materials brought upstairs with staff support
